New head of tax at EY in the Channel Islands

Wendy Martin

Wendy Martin has extended her role as partner at EY's Channel Islands office. She will take over as head of tax for the firm, replacing Peter Willey who has returned to EY's UK team.

Martin was promoted to tax partner in July last year, after she started working at EY in December 2013. 

Before joining EY, Martin was director of tax policy with the States of Jersey. She developed international and domestic tax policy for the island. 

Martin has 20 years' experience in providing tax advice on domestic and international tax matters. She has also worked as a tax adviser at Andersen and a tax director of private equity M&A at Deloitte.
