Hall & Wilcox expands corporate tax team

Marina Raulings

Hall & Wilcox in Australia has expanded its tax team with the appointment of Marina Raulings as partner and Amanda Leong as senior associate.

Raulings will join the tax practice in Melbourne. She has more than 20 years’ of experience in advising corporate clients on stamp duty, tax disputes and the tax treatment of intangibles, with a special focus on tax issues in the digital economy.

Before joining Hall & Wilcox, Raulings was special counsel for Minter Ellison’s tax group. She’s also formerly worked at Gadens Lawyers and Allens as a senior associate.

Leong will be based in Sydney. She previously worked at KPMG and specialises in tax disputes, compliance and risk management strategies.
