King & Spalding hires in Germany

Axel Schilder has today joined King & Spalding in the firm’s Frankfurt office. He will focus on real estate and investment tax law.

Schilder, who has previously worked at the German tax authority, joins the firm from Beiten Burkhardt, where he was a partner. Before that, he practised at Allen & Overy, GSK Stockmann & Kollegen and Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker.
