Marccus Partners strengthens tax team

Managing partner Yves Charles Zimmerman has added two new partners to his tax team in Paris, with the arrivals of Jean Vincensini and Eugenie Berthet.

Vincensini is a tax lawyer specialising in M&A, LBOs and the structuring of national and international transactions. He has assisted clients on tax matters in a variety of sectors, including finance, IT, telecommunications, distribution and education. He started his career in fiscal management for the Axa Group and has also worked for Fidal and Landwell & Associates.

Berthet is a specialist in business taxation and tax optimisation, with over 15 years of experience. She focuses on tax optimisations for both businesses and individuals.

During her career, Berthet has worked for Bernard Hertz Bejot, Slaughter & May, Bredin Prat and Landwell & Associates.
