Mazars adds to London office

Mazars has announced the appointment of Dario Garcia as a VAT partner in its London office. Garcia was previously global head of VAT and transfer pricing at Barclays Bank.

Garcia has also previously worked in the solicitors office of HMRC and in the Ernst & Young VAT department, being promoted to partner with the big four firm in 1994.

Catherine Hall also joins the firm from Deloitte and Nigel Hutchinson, tax partner at Scrutton Bland also moves to Mazars London office as part of the financial planning team.
