Scardoni joins DLA Piper’s Luxembourg office

Geoffrey Scardoni has been announced as a new tax partner in DLA Piper’s Luxembourg office with two associates, Magdalena Mozdzierz and Kim Ngo, joining him.

Scardoni moves to the firm from King & Wood Mallesons, where he was a founding partner of the Luxembourg office, and has previously worked in Loyens & Loeff’s tax department.

His main focus is international tax law, and he advises on matters related to international corporate structuring, fund formation and cross-border financial reports. He works with companies in the corporate, private equity, real estate and financial sectors.
