Ingo Kleutgens has joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in the Frankfurt office.

Before joining the firm, Kleutgens was a partner at Mayer Brown. He has also worked as an associate at Clifford Chance and KPMG. 

He has a wide range of experience in advising on all tax issues related to corporate finance transactions.

Kleutgens is also dual-qualified as a lawyer and tax consultant ( Steuerberater ), and is a certified adviser for international tax law (Fachberater Internationales Steuerrecht). He also served as vice president of the Hessian Chamber of Tax Consultants, and he is a member of the Committee on International Tax Law at the Federal Chamber of Tax Consultants.
