Kemp and Sinclair join Wolrige Mahon from Collins Barrow

David Kemp

Wolrige Mahon, a large public accounting firm in Canada affiliated with Baker Tilly International, has hired David Kemp and John Sinclair as partners in its new office in Toronto.

Kemp and Sinclair, who between them have more than 60 years of experience in audit, tax, transfer pricing, accounting and advisory services, will be key figures in the new office.

ITR understands that the duo was keen to remain with Baker Tilly after the Collins Barrow Toronto office was taken over by RSM.

Sinclair mostly serves mid-market clients, while Kemp is well-known for work on international dispute resolution and transfer pricing.
