New slate of executive officers elected for IFA USA

A new slate of executive officers were elected for the US branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA USA) at its February 23 annual meeting in Houston, the IFA announced on May 7.

The executive officers for the 2018-2020 term, who are responsible for day-to-day administration and handling branch matters, are as follows:

  • President: Sol Coffino, Fremont Group

  • Executive vice-president: Carol Tello, Eversheds Sutherland (US)

  • Vice president, finance: Dirk Suringa, Covington & Burling

  • Vice-president, secretary: Brigitte Muehlmann, Babson College

  • Vice-president-regions: Peter Connors, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe

  • Vice-president-regions: Joyce Fukami, Framingham State University

  • Vice-president, Central IFA, executive committee representative: Peter Glicklich, Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg

  • Vice-president, Central IFA permanent scientific committee representative: Peter Barnes, Caplin & Drysdale

  • President-emeritus: Peter Blessing, KPMG
