Voinescu (pictured left) has advised leading multinational companies on direct taxation, VAT and international tax. For example, he provided tax support to Enel in the successful privatisation of Electrica Muntenia Sud and the tendering process for the privatization of Distrigaz Nord, advised BNP Paribas on tax matters and due diligence related to the tendering and privatisation process of BCR. Earlier in his career he worked for Deloitte and Ernst & Young.

With the addition of a tax manager and a senior tax consultant at the same time as the promotion of Voinescu, the practice now has two partners and 10 attorneys and advisers.
