Gabriele Holzinger, Deloitte Austria, is a tax partner in the transfer pricing team and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of international tax and transfer pricing. She is extensively involved in providing planning and documentation solutions to companies with cross-border transactions. Furthermore, she specialises in transfer pricing projects regarding the transfer of intangible property.

Gabriele is responsible for benchmark analysis, tax audit defences, as well as advance pricing agreements, competent authorities and arbitration procedures. Furthermore, she is highly involved in establishing and the documentation of license agreements and cost contribution arrangements. Gabriele provides consulting services to a broad range of industries, including the automotive, manufacturing, telecommunication and construction sectors.

Moreover, numerous clients had been assisted by Gabriele in achieving corresponding adjustments in cases of foreign tax audits, as well as in defending cost sharing arrangements and transfer prices within sales structures and production activities.

Besides her work in the field of international tax law and transfer pricing, she has also vast experience in compliance and in tax issues arising in business restructurings.
