Three firms form Italian alliance to establish Crowe Valente

Valente Associati GEB Partners, Crowe Horwath International and Boscolo & Partners have established a new Italian alliance to form Crowe Valente.

Alliance partner Crowe Horwath International comprises 200 independent accounting and management consulting firms in 130 countries, while Valente Associati GEB Partners and Boscolo & Partners are strategic stakeholders in the sub-umbrella of the legal and tax sector in Italy.

As a key Italian member firm of Crowe Horwath International, Crowe Valente will drive the relevant tax market for the international network.

“Within Crowe Valente, the combines strengths and accolades of the Valente and Crowe brands are mutually expected to impact the tax market and expand our international reach and services lines, inject new vitality, allowing to keep our spearheading position as a reference point to the Italian market and worldwide,” a statement announcing the alliance said.
