Loyens & Loeff partner is new chairman of Dutch Association of Tax Advisors

Bartjan Zoetmulder

Bartjan Zoetmulder, a tax partner at Loyens & Loeff, has been appointed as the chairman of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors.

Zoetmulder succeeds Maurice de Kleer, who had reached the maximum three years of presidency.

Zoetmulder is a tax partner in Loyens & Loeff’s Amsterdam office, where he has worked in the investment management group since 2003. His focus was on the Dutch and international real estate markets, advising European, American and Asian real estate investors and project developers. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of diverse tax areas regarding cross-border transactions and real estate investments.
