Biography

Susana is responsible for coordinating tax consultancy projects for local and MNCs on national and cross-border transactions regarding VAT, customs and excise duties, but also for providing tax consulting services, assisting clients with their day-to-day matters and also for the assistance provided during tax inspections and reimbursement claims.

Susana is involved in the newly created Tax Technology Department, that will allow PwC's clients to automatise tax compliance procedures.

Susana leads the indirect tax practice of PwC Portugal, Angola and Cabo Verde.

She advises local and MNCs on national and cross-border transactions regarding VAT, customs and excise duties, with a particular focus on the structuring, implementation and optimisation of their processes, on a global basis, and regarding consumption tax in Angola.

Susana is one of the Partners responsible for the newly created Tax Technology Department, that will allow PwC's clients to automatise tax compliance procedures.
