Finland’s Hannes Snellman promotes Antti Alanko to partner

Alanko will become a partner in the firm’s Helsinki office on January 1 2019.

Alanko is a specialist in a variety of financing transactions, having advised on them across multiple jurisdictions. He has also worked on corporate restructuring and security enforcement procedures.
