Andersen Global expands into Uruguay

Andersen Global has expanded its network into Uruguay through a collaboration agreement with Fischer & Schickendantz, one of the country’s leading law firms.

Fischer & Schickendantz was founded in 2009 and now has more than 60 professionals in legal, tax and accounting. The team, which is led by Managing Partner Juan Federico Fischer, provides services to corporate leaders, both in Uruguay and globally. They offer services in a number of practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, farmland investment, accounting, public law, litigation and arbitration, and mining. The firm is divided into the following core units: corporate, real estate, litigation, tax and incorporation, immigration law and agribusiness.

Andersen Global has continued its expansion and strong presence within the Latin American region with the addition of Fischer & Schickendantz. The group now has a presence in 70 locations worldwide.
