PwC US adds transfer pricing and tax controversy principal

Gregory Barton has joined the firm and will be based in the Chicago office. He will operate in both the transfer pricing and tax controversy and dispute resolution practices.

Barton has more than 24 years experience dealing with transfer pricing issues, cost-sharing agreements, licensing and other cross-border transactions, advance pricing agreements, audits, competent authority negotiations and other international tax issues.

Barton was previously a partner at Mayer Brown specialising in transfer pricing and tax controversy.
