Arnold Grant has joined the tax, benefits and wealth planning group of Reed Smith in its Chicago office as a partner. He used to be a partner in the Chicago office of McGuire Woods. He specialises in the federal tax aspects of complex financial transactions including M&A, corporate finance, partnership and corporate tax planning, private equity and hedge funds, and equipment leasing transactions.
