Alex Pham Alex Pham has joined Luxembourg-based law firm Kleyr Grasso as counsel, and will serve as head of tax in its newly-opened tax department. He has more than 13 years of experience in Luxembourg and has worked in the Big 4, an international law firm and a leading trust services company.
