Priscilla Ratilal

Priscilla is a Partner in the Deloitte Australia TP team. Priscilla has over 17 years of experience across Sydney, New York and London.

Priscilla specialises in financial services and advises clients in the banking, capital markets, insurance and asset management sectors. Priscilla’s client experience includes TP policy development, operational TP, preparation of documentation, country-by-country reporting and engagement with tax authorities in the context of both APAs and audits. Priscilla has assisted clients with establishing post-restructure TP models as a result of business, regulatory and political changes.

When based in New York, Priscilla had in-house experience in a diversified financial services group, managing TP for the Americas region for a range of business units including commodities and financial markets, cash equities, investment banking and capital markets, leasing and asset management.

Priscilla has a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Master of Laws (Taxation) from the University of Sydney.
