Patrik Sedlar

Patrik has over 10 years of experience in transfer pricing and international taxation. He has been with Svalner Atlas for eight years and is a partner in the firm’s transfer pricing practice.

Patrik advises Swedish and international multinational groups on a wide range of transfer pricing matters, including the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies. He has extensive experience advising on the transfer pricing aspects of group restructurings and cross-border acquisitions, including questions relating to the valuation and allocation of intangible assets. Patrik also assists clients in transfer pricing disputes with the Swedish Tax Agency.
