He has experience in advising clients on matters relating to transfer pricing, domestic and international taxation, and corporate law. Jainesh has assisted multinational organisations across all industries in aligning their operational and tax planning. He has also assisted in representing clients before income tax and appellate authorities.

At KNAV, Jainesh has led or assisted transfer pricing planning assignments for the determination of models and remuneration strategy suitable to the business need, function and risk analysis, and benchmarking strategy. He has also assisted various Indian and foreign companies from different sectors in undertaking their transfer pricing compliance in India, including the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and master files.
