During the research period, the firm advised Fondo Mi Vivienda, in a matter involving sustainable bonds. The case involved high levels of expertise in capital markets as well as tax and financial knowledge. The tax team also participated in a transaction for Equinix, a California based real estate trust. The transaction involved the acquisition of a Peruvian data center worth over $750 million.

In 2022 the firm hired two new partners. Victor Valdez was promoted in January, and Cesar Luna Victoria joined as a partner from a previous position at Rubio, Leguia, Normand.
