Recently, The De Bracamonte, Haaker & Castellares team has been assisting Vita Pharma and Key Farm with corporate tax matters. The firm conducted analysis and and risk assessment to provide solutions for the clients in regards to Income Tax and VAT consequences stemming from an accounting reconstruction in 2015. The firm is currently acting for MERCK PERUANA in a customs case against the Tax Administration involving imported goods, valued at $1 million. The case is one of many the Tax administration has been carrying out in the pharmaceutical industry of Peru and may set precedent upon completion.
