Claudia Lauten is a partner in the TP team in Düsseldorf and has over 20 years of experience in advising clients on TP matters.
Claudia has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a certified German tax advisor. She started her career in a boutique tax consultancy firm in 1995 and joined a Big Four company in 2000, soon afterwards starting to focus on the area of TP.
She was admitted to the German partnership in 2007 and has been a member of the global leadership team on tax controversy for many years. In 2019, she joined Deloitte, where her roles include being the global TP lead and the German tax and legal lead for the industrial products and construction industry.
Claudia designs and coordinates global TP restructurings as well as documentation projects and she manages TP controversy and dispute resolution processes (including tax audits, mutual agreement procedures, advance pricing agreements and litigation proceedings). In addition, she has significant experience in the middle-market/family-owned business segment (inbound and outbound).
