During the research period the team advised multinational firm America Móvil on the structuration of a 50/50 joint venture with Liberty Latin America which will concentrate approximately 45% of the Chilean Telecommunications market. The work done included tax aspects including cross-border mergers, analysis on tax attributes, and the separation and liquidation of entities outside of the JV’s framework.
