The matters he advises on include domestic and cross-border M&A and leveraged buyouts, as well as joint ventures, recapitalisations, and debt and equity restructurings.
Dulcie Sawle Daly, a new partner in London, focuses on UK and international tax planning and advises on the tax aspects of cross-border private equity and M&A transactions, private fund structuring, finance and real estate transactions.
As well as being a member of the tax group, Benjamin Panter, in New York, is also part of the employee benefits and executive compensation group. His practice focuses on advising private and public companies, private equity funds, senior executives and entrepreneurs on a wide variety of executive compensation matters, including structuring and implementing management equity arrangements and incentive equity and cash bonus plans.
