DFDL takes Winand from KPMG

Rolf Winand has joined DFDL Mekong as a partner in the tax and customs practice group. His role will mean he is responsible for the jurisdictions of Cambodia and Vietnam.

Winand spent 11 years with KPMG in Vietnam before moving to DFDL, as a tax partner and chief operating officer.

He has experience in offering clients corporate tax advice as well as VAT advice.
