New venture for Teijeiro

Argentinian lawyer, Guillermo Teijeiro, has launched a new firm.

Teijeiro & Ballone Abogados will be based in Buenos Aires and Teijeiro brings with him a number of colleagues from his former firm Negri & Teijeiro, which Teijeiro founded more than 30 years ago.

“Teijeiro & Ballone will specialise in domestic and international corporate and tax advice, as well as administrative and tax litigation to multinationals, medium and small sized businesses and high net worth individuals,” said Teijeiro.

Senior name partner Mariano Ballone, partners Gloria Gurbista and Ana Lucìa Ferreyra, along with a selected group of senior and junior lawyers, complete the initial 12 member team.

Ballone has seconded Teijeiro for the last 15 years, while partner Ferreyra and Gurbista spent 10 years as part of the group at Negri & Teijeiro.
