Baker & McKenzie in Beijing has promoted Jinghua Liu to partner.

Liu focuses on PRC taxation, international tax planning as well as general corporate matters. She is admitted as an attorney-at-law in the State of New York and also holds the PRC Bar Qualification Certificate.
