Mario Ortega (pictured right), in Madrid, advises multinational clients in various sectors on the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies; reorganisation and value chain analysis; business restructuring; the valuation of related-party transactions; mutual agreement procedures; advance pricing agreements; tax inspections and  global documentation.

Javier Calatayud  (pictured left) runs Garrigues's accounting law practice in Valencia. He has advised family groups and multinationals on acquisitions, corporate restructuring and refinancing transactions.
