Brian Kniesly made tax partner at New York firm

New York firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has taken on Brian Kniesly as tax partner for its tax practice group.

Kniesly specialises in providing tax advice in the areas of M&A, real estate, real estate investment funds, and investment trusts.

Kniesly was previously a partner at Fried, Frank, Harris, and Shiver & Jacobson where he advised on the tax aspects of real estate transactions for 14 years.
