Dentons re-hires Andrea Mandell

Andrea Mandell has re-joined Dentons as a partner in the firm’s capital markets and tax practices.

Mandell, who will be based in the firm’s New York office, will counsel clients on tax strategies in real estate and structured finance transactions as well as tax-exempt entities, real estate investment trusts (REITs), hedge funds and private equity funds.

Mandell returns to the firm after more than three years as executive vice president and chief tax counsel of Carrington Capital Management.

Before joining Carrington, she was a partner at Dentons' predecessor firms, including Sonnenschein which she joined in 2009.
