Managing partner, BDO India

Munjal is the managing partner for BDO India’s tax and regulatory advisory practice. He advises a diverse portfolio of multinational companies across various sectors. His expertise spans assisting companies with designing business and operating models, creating pricing policies, preparing transfer pricing defence documentation, conducting transfer pricing litigation, and navigating advance pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedures.

Munjal is a qualified chartered accountant in India, with over 28 years of experience in the accounting and consulting profession, and a primary focus on transfer pricing. Prior to joining BDO India, he worked with two large accounting firms and has diverse experience in transfer pricing, catering primarily to clients in the technology, IT-enabled services, fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceutical, media, auto ancillary, and manufacturing sectors.

A recognised expert in his field, Munjal regularly presents on transfer pricing matters at prestigious events in India. He has also authored numerous articles that have been published in leading tax journals and business newspapers.

Prashant Bhojwani

Partner, BDO India

Prashant is a partner in BDO India’s tax and regulatory advisory practice who focuses on corporate tax. With over 23 years of experience, he specialises in direct tax domains, including international tax, transfer pricing, and exchange control regulations. Prashant has extensive experience advising Indian corporates and multinational companies, including Fortune 500 firms, on tax matters across a range of industries. His expertise encompasses cross-border transactions, investment structuring (inbound and outbound), corporate restructuring, tax and business model optimisation, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Prashant has contributed articles and shared insights on tax and regulatory developments through technical publications, print, and digital media. A frequent speaker and panellist, he has addressed tax-related topics at numerous industry forums.

From 2015 to 2019, Prashant served on the National Committee on Media & Entertainment of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He is actively involved in advocacy initiatives, regularly contributing to policy discussions with the government.
