Ralf Heussner, Alison Lobb, and Yvonne Weigelt from Deloitte’s global transfer pricing network preview a series based on an interview with the head of the transfer pricing unit at the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration

Deloitte and ITR are pleased to announce the publication of a series of articles that will provide insights from an interview with Manuel de los Santos, the head of the transfer pricing unit at the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration.

As part of the horizon scanning of the upcoming tax agenda of the OECD, the insights have been divided into three articles:

  • The first article in the series covers the upcoming work of the OECD on global mobility and hybrid working models;

  • The second article discusses the future of the OECD’s 2010 Report on the Attribution of Profits to Permanent Establishments and a potential update of the authorised OECD approach; and

  • The last article covers the developments in transfer pricing audits and dispute resolution mechanisms.

The Deloitte interview series launched on ITR platforms on Thursday, February 8 2024.
