TP partner joins Nordic law firm Roschier

Merja Raunio has joined Nordic law firm Roschier’s tax and structuring practice in Helsinki, strengthening the firm’s transfer pricing expertise.

Raunio joins Roschier from PwC, where she has worked since 1992 and been a partner since 2004. She has experience in corporate tax and transfer pricing, and has authored several books and publications. She is also experienced in restructuring, international tax and financial reporting.
