M/Advocates of Law strengthens tax practice

Magdalena Mozdzierz

M/Advocates of Law has strengthened its tax practice in Dubai with the hire of Magdalena Mozdzierz as tax manager and the promotion of Mathieu Daguerre.

Mozdzierz is a US qualified tax lawyer with over six years of international tax experience. She has experience in advising multinational clients on global tax issues and provides technical advice on the exchange of information, such as FATCA and CRS. Before joining M/Advocates of Law, Mozdzierz was an associate at DLA Piper, an associate at King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin, an associate at Linklaters and, before that, an adviser in financial services at EY in Luxembourg. 

After being with the firm for five years, Daguerre has been promoted to partner. He will co-lead the firm's domestic structuring effort. Daguerre was a contract manager at YMS Engineering Group, a structural steelworks provider company in Dubai, before joining M/Advocates of Law where he conducted contract terms negotiations with different construction companies and resolved pre-litigation conflicts.
