Norton Rose Fulbright takes on new partner

Ellen Thomas has been taken on as partner by Norton Rose Fulbright in Sydney, Australia.

Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright in March, Thomas was a partner at Baker & McKenzie. She was also a senior associate at King & Wood Mallesons between 2005 and 2013, and an associate at Minter Ellison between 2002 and 2005.

Thomas specialises on the tax aspects of M&A and financial transactions, as well as tax audits and dispute resolution.
