Hogan Lovells has appointed Roberta Chang to partner and China tax group head in Shanghai.

Chang's practice handles international and domestic taxation, M&As, private equity, financial services, corporate, commercial, business restructurings and insolvency, for a number of industries and sectors, including mostly, education, consumer services and TMT. 

She works with corporations to develop tax efficient strategies for their investments in China, as well as for high net-worth  families.
