Will Cejudo joins Dechert in Washington DC

Dechert has added Will Cejudo as a partner in the firm’s international and domestic tax practice group. He will focus on tax matters relating to structured finance transactions.

Cejudo’s experience includes dealing with distressed asset funds, mortgage and asset backed securitisations, the taxation of investment vehicles, as well as representing issuers, underwriters, and investors.

Cejudo comes from serving as a partner at Clifford Chance, as well as working in the financial institutions and products division of the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.
