Andersen Global adds new firm in Canada

Andersen Global has expanded to Montreal, Canada with the addition of SdM Chartered Professional Accountants to the firm’s international brand.

The Canadian law firm established a collaborative relationship with Andersen Global in June 2016, but the firm has now taken the step of formally joining the group and adopting the name Andersen Tax. The team will continue to provide international tax advice for domestic and multinational companies, with a focus on cross-border planning, restructuring, M&A and indirect tax.

This is a part of a series of agreements signed between Andersen Global and firms across North America. Andersen has been expanding across the world rapidly during the last 18 months.
