Mike Chang, Deloitte Taiwan, is the leader of both transfer pricing and indirect tax services of Deloitte Taiwan. Mike has been a cross-border tax adviser for more than 25 years. He provides integrated tax solutions and advises on a number of issues including direct tax, transfer pricing, value-added tax, and customs to multinational companies and Taiwanese clients. He also provides VAT compliance services.

Mike's cross-border tax advisory service experiences cover a wide variety of industries, such as media/internet, telecommunication, transportation, high-tech, luxury consumer products, cars, wines and beverages, among others.

Under Mike's leadership, Deloitte Taiwan was named the 2010 Indirect Tax Firm of the Year by International Tax Review. For several years, Mike also has been named by ITR as a leading professional of transfer pricing and indirect tax.

Mike wrote 'How to prepare EC anti-dumping investigation questionnaire response and handle verification' and 'Guidelines for foreign enterprise's investment in Taiwan" for Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs and has spoken at various seminars related to international tax planning, transfer pricing, and cross-border transaction taxes.
