Anodri started her career at Morgan Stanley in the corporate tax department in New York. From there, she relocated to Frankfurt, within Morgan Stanley, and was part of the financial control group, primarily focused on controlling, transfer pricing, and financial and regulatory reporting. Anodri was then given an opportunity in the operational transfer pricing group in New York and relocated. After serving many years at Morgan Stanley, she joined Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group in the greater New York City area, leading the operational transfer pricing group while continuously streamlining operations and systems, and, especially, alleviating and harmonising challenges between business units and related parties.
Anodri works in the areas of operational transfer pricing in financial services, with an emphasis on strong control environments, and technology enhancement; the streamlining of processes for efficiency and the improvement of stakeholder impacts and requirements; the implementation of pricings and benchmarks; structuring processes to align with management reporting lines and allocations; and implementing transfer pricing governance; e.g., service catalogues and trainings.
Anodri holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting. She is an enrolled agent (Internal Revenue Service certification).
