Mærsk Oil and Gas has lost its battle with the Danish Tax Agency over its transfer pricing arrangements with subsidiaries in Algeria and Qatar.
Mærsk Oil and Gas, now owned by French company TotalEnergies, will face off against the Danish Tax Agency in their long-running TP dispute.
With carbon taxes expected in the global shipping industry, onlookers say the costs of climate inaction would only be worse.
