
Eddie is a transfer pricing partner with Deloitte in London. He formerly served as a delegated competent authority in the International Section of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and was seconded to the European Commission to work on the Arbitration Convention and EU Joint Transfer Pricing Forum.
Eddie specialises in dispute resolution and prevention, sits on Deloitte’s Global Controversy Council, and leads transfer pricing controversy in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. He has helped multinational enterprises (MNEs) across various industries resolve disputes with various tax administrations globally, has assisted in the negotiation of many mutual agreement procedures to resolve double taxation, and has concluded many bilateral, multilateral, and unilateral APAs to prevent disputes from arising.
Eddie has developed an international team of controversy specialists globally in Deloitte to assist MNEs in their interaction with tax administrations. While preferring negotiation to litigation, he has also assisted MNEs through court and arbitration processes to resolve transfer pricing disputes.
