WTS Global has appointed Helge Jacobs and Klaus Siler in new roles.

Jacobs joins the firm as a Munich partner after two and a half years at Linklaters. A specialist in VAT and sales tax, he has worked on designing and implementing in-house tax systems, the sales-tax aspects of transactions, and tax disputes. He becomes the sixth partner in WTS’s team of 80 indirect tax professionals.

Siler, who works on cross-border tax issues for small and family-owned businesses, joined as a director in the firm’s Stuttgart office at the start of the year.
