Deloitte has promoted two new partners and three new directors: Bart De Gouw, Hadleigh Brock, Bronwyn Baird, Jamie Hall and Muhammad Cajee.

Bart De Gouw is an Auckland-based transfer pricing specialist, and now a partner, who covers the pricing of all cross border transactions within multinational groups. De Gouw focuses on preparing cutting-edge solutions on the matter of issues regarding tax planning and compliance across different jurisdictions.

New partner Hadleigh Brock specialises in transactional tax. Brock, also based in Auckland, strives to help his clients meet their commercial objectives such as gaining on visible value and advising on successful transaction strategy.

Bronwyn Baird has been made director of Deloitte private. She has developed a comprehensive expertise in the property and inter-generational wealth tax areas. Her role involves advising several high-net-worth families in Canterbury from her base in nearby Christchurch.

Jamie Hall, a new director, applies his skills in tax, strategy financial planning, and governance to provide business and tax advisory for private own businesses. Based in Auckland, he has more than 10 years of experience.

Muhammad Cajee is the new corporate finance director and advises clients on transactions such as acquisitions, divestment of assets, and developing investment strategy. He is based in Deloitte’s Hamilton office.
