DLA Piper hires three partners

DLA Piper has appointed Sylvie Vansteenkiste, Raphaël Béra and Fanny Combourieu as partners at its Paris-based tax team. The three tax professionals have joined the team alongside four associates and one of counsel.

Vansteenkiste, Béra and Combourieu join from Reed Smith Vansteenkiste was the head of the tax team at Reed Smith, alongside Béra and Combourieu.

The three partners have extensive experience in complex tax structuring of investment funds, including private equity, debt, real estate and infrastructure. Other areas of experience include tax audits, litigation, structuring of acquisitions and corporate reorganisation.
