Jasper Howard joins Hogan Lovells from Linklaters

Jasper Howard has joined Hogan Lovells in the firm’s Washington DC office as a partner in the tax practice.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Howard was a partner at Linklaters.

Howard focuses his practice on counseling corporate clients on tax planning and structuring, and transactional matters.

Earlier in his career, he served as special counsel to the IRS Chief Counsel, where he assisted in developing regulations and other administrative guidance involving corporate, partnership and international tax matters.
