Linklaters takes two from Bingham McCutchen in US

David Brockway and Jasper Howard have joined Linklaters as partners, based in the Washington, DC office.

Both men have moved from Bingham McCutchen. Brockway also previously served as chief of staff of the US Congress Joint Committee on Taxation, while Howard has previously acted as special counsel to the IRS chief counsel.
